The Lovell Cardinal team has a great spiel of "personal service" and "we will take great care of you" - but do not expect them to keep your mortgage long! I realize mortgages are sold all the time - but the Lovell Team's actions are not consistent with their talk. If you do not care about your mortgage being sold off (ours was sold in 1.5 years) and the hassle of changing things over then give this team a try. They have perfected the sales pitch. But if you want any kind of personal service or longer term relationship then steer clear of this group.

Darren and Hadie Lovell were beyond phenomenal and went the extra mile to make sure everything was completed for us. What a wonderful experience. I've financed and refinanced a few times throughout my life. I have to say, my experience with Cardinal Financial, particularly with Justin Estrada and his team, was fantastic. Their use of online tools made it very easy to review any documents. Any questions were answered almost immediately. If rates somehow dropped any further, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

I was working with a financial institution where I was 11 months in the process and saw no end in site. Candice talked to me for approximately two hours and assured me she would work with me to get my loan completed as quickly as possible. - approximately three months later I have a new mortgage and cash to make my home repairs.
