Annett and Tim, residents of Justin, Texas, share a passion for wine and the desire to create a community-oriented space where friends and family can gather to enjoy exceptional wines made in Texas as well as wines from all over the world. Inspired by their trips to Fredericksburg and the discovery of the state's impressive wineries, they opened Wine:30 on Oak St. The name itself, Wine:30, reflects their belief that any time is perfect for uncorking a bottle and unwinding with a glass of wine. With their warm hospitality and love for the wine experience, Annett and Tim invite you to join them in the delightful journey of experiencing, savoring, and celebrating the outstanding wines Texas has to offer or from your favorite region.

We offer a diverse selection of wines available by the glass, bottle, or flight tasting, allowing you to explore and savor different varietals. Additionally, our menu features delightful cheese, fruit, and charcuterie boards, as well as delicious flatbreads to complement your wine experience. Looking for a venue for your private parties or work events? We have a private room for rent, and arrangements can be made to rent out the entire bar to accommodate larger groups.
